REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products with a 30-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at jaydenheat17@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll help make it right.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
